The library in Lowell, Mass where we learned that though Steve's 2nd great-grandparents (John Collins Jr and Sarah Amanda Shorey) were born, lived and died in Maine, they married in Lowell, Mass. We thought it was a mistake in the records. We were traveling up North and realized we were going through Lowell, so we stopped at the library to research the information. And, Yes, for some reason, Sarah lived in Lowell, Mass. at the time of their marriage. So, it is true. We now have the paper proof! (2016)
